About
Our Early Strokes lessons are suitable for swimmers from 6 months and are a perfect introduction to swimming. Swimmers will start to explore their independence in the water with lots of kicking, singing, and fun activities to help them along.
Our progressive lessons will soon have our swimmers confidently putting their faces in the water and swimming short distances on front and back – with lots of jumping in along the way.

Listen out for our few favourite words when we teach our youngest Early Strokes Swimmers – Fast feet, bubbles, tummy up, frog walk, and train rides.
As well as earning badges along their swimming journey, our swimmers will also achieve a First Strokes High Five Certificate on completing Early Strokes 3.
